The barge Presque Isle is sitting here in Sturgeon Bay with a busted unloading boom. You must have the tug Presque Isle up there in Escanaba, my understanding is the Tug's draft is too deep to make it into BayShip. I believe they disconnected the barge and tug out in the mouth of the bay and the barge was towed into BayShip by the harbor tugs.
