The Cort runs strictly from Superior to Burns Harbor, IN. Not Gary. The other blast furnace at Mittal is being restarted and the second reclaimer is going to be fixed as soon as possible. The Cort always runs into delays at Burns because of the lack of the second reclaimer. This allows them to only unload around 2000 tons/hr as opposed to around 5000 tons/hr at full speed. The plant should be at 100% around August.
