There is no real way to get future passage times. You can follow the ship on AIS and guesstimate the time for yourself. However ships are not always shown on AIS because there is no coverage in some regions. For example, I believe that Indiana Harbor is currently in mid Lake Superior headed to Two Harbors. There is no AIS coverage there.
