At St. Clair.

I don't have any answers Bookworm. I've never uploaded any photos to these boards but I notice that when I click to enlarge other's shots they come up larger than the preview. Maybe someone has an answer for us.
I really appreciate you sharing your pics, it's just that they are so good that I would like to get a bigger view.
Cheers
Paul

That's a great photo of the Kaye Barker. If you don't mind giving away a secret, can you tell us where you shot the photo to get that angle?

That shot of the Kaye E is outstanding! I wish you uploaded a larger file.
Thanks again!

I appreciate your comments, Paul. I really don't understand the technicalities of file size; only that there is a 300 KB max for Boatnerd, so I keep most below 100 KB. Others have mentioned the size I post makes photos easier to see (when they click to enlarge) without taking up too much screen space, but I'm open to suggestions.
I wouldn't change a thing about how you're loading your photos if I was you. I for one really appreciate how you size and load your photos. They appear on screen as attachments without changing the size of the page. There are others who have added photos and done so improperly, so that the picture isn't really like an attachment. That causes the text in that thread to run off the edge of my screen, making that thread essentially unreadable.

You, sir, are doing it right. A big thumbs up!

Thanks, I see there was an update to the Vantage Point Port Huron schedule after my post. Salt to Ireland didn't make sense but grain sure does.

Although the day was a bit nippy and overcast, the winter weather advisory never materialized...but I'm not complaining!
