You may be correct on that as I think if memory is correct that it may have been installed on the Jackson or the Kaye E. Barker? LJK and OLM were likely departing green bay when you observed it on AIS, and at 6.6 knots, was likely just outside the river, and by time you reached green bay, they were beyond eyesight.
