I was watching the Duluth cameras early this morning as the John D. Leitch came in and was wondering why one of the Vista boats was out so early. It was almost to the canal with a Coast Guard 45 footer nearby with its flashers on.

The barge is now named St. Marys Conquest and I caught the pair at Algonac on Feb. 22, 2016.
