While I am not sure of the total number of ballast tanks, they all have to be cleaned prior to a vessel entering drydock for the 5 year (now 6 years). That Port Authority slip was recently rebuilt as an international laydown area so it might be a new warehouse. The harbor camera is zoomed too close right now so I can't discern but a lot of development has happened in the last couple of years. Like garbear, I haven't been there during the nightmare...

You're in my thoughts and prayers Dawn. The medical community does a pretty good job with orthopedics these days. My Dad, 10 years your senior, has been repaired and we still go skiing and biking often.
