CGC Hollyhock just now leading the Blough,Jackman, Buffolo, MacArthur, and American Century to the Bridge. I am sure a very long day for everyone.

Stayed at the South Pier Inn last Sunday for the first time. It was awesome as we saw the Laud, Miner Anderson, Barker, and Calloway. Great room and Canal Park was a lot of fun. My wife and I tried to watch the second episode as we were disapointed with the first. Turned it off after a half hour. Just too much drama, yelling, cursing, etc. The Selvick crews are terrible. Intersting with the Duluth ice breaking and doccking of the Munson, but other than that, terrible. Why ...

Manistee has been nearly stationary South of St. Helena Island for last two hours. Must be struggling in ice? Any icebreakers near?

Just heard tonight that a laker leaving Andersons with grain broke free of her tug and struck the railroad bridge. This happened in the last couple of days. Anyone have any further info?

It appears that the tug Cleveland is anchored off Bois Blanc Island. Anybody know why?

Took a nice photo of the Burns Harbor passing the Mississagi under the Mackinac Bridge yesterday. Wanted to share it with everyone, but it kept getting sent back because the picture was over the 300kib. Any suggestions on how I can post?
