and they are on their way. Based on the Marine Traffic track, they left their dock at 13:53 EDT. Currently (16:00 EDT) they are just out in the ocean.

The announcement that I found said that the container service would start in May 2021 and be bi-weekly. It appears from Marine Traffic that their ship is still in Europe, so perhaps the start has been delayed. It may be a bit early for negative comments. Hopefully this service is successful.
