Bought my family's tickets yesterday for a one-way trip - Ludington to Manitowoc in August. Will be one of the adventures on our Western Great Lakes road trip. Can't wait to ride on the historic ship!

And today is the first day of operation. I don’t do farcebook, but apparently there was a live stream of the departure this morning there. I’m surprised there isn’t more on this site regarding her first run today under new ownership.

there was a clip showing the captain being given the opportunity to start the fire under the boiler on boat nerd he was new to the co so they let him do it the capt was geoff curtis about 15 yrs ago?

Has the Badger been fired up yet? If not, when will that occur? I think a lot of people, including me, would be interested if they live streamed the event, however unrealistic that desire on my part might be...
