The Sam Laud indeed has an incline belt. I have seen plans for the vessel and diagrams showing that she has an incline system. Her hull form and superstructure layout facilitates the incline belt system.

Sam Laud has been sitting at the Kokosing dock in Cheboygan, MI for hours, boom extended, but nothing discharging. Not so much a question but an observation.
