There's a good chance they are loading fines (chips).
The Joe Block has done this in the past & it takes awhile.

Can anyone provide any information on why its taking so long to load the Lee A Tregrurtha in Silver Bay? They have been there going on 2 full days now and I know footers can take a while loading there but at 30K the LAT shouldn't take this long.
The port seems busier this year and I'm curious if they are having issues with keeping up with demand for pellets considering the export loads going to QC and also making the Mustang pellets for Ironville in Toledo.
