Watching the Owen Sound webcam, looks like the Griffon is backing out of the harbor.

12:30 and Griffin has made one pass through the ice to the inner harbour while Algomarine is waiting at the edge of the ice pack.

Hi Bob,,It's actually the Griffon that's heading for Owen Sound. The Griffon just reported position at 09:00 and she appears to be just off Lions Head (Possibly Surprize Shoal)
I tried to calculate an arrival time based on the departure from Cordwood Pt in Michigan at 18:10 last night. and based on smooth sailing, I came up with about 11:00 in Owen Sound. This would now fit with the Griffons position as Surprize Shoal is about two hours away at their speed. See how close I am. It would be good to hear any sightings from the shore.
