Seeing as how Algoma (and others) seem to have been adamant in the past of making sure their vessels don't wind up in a competitor's fleet, does anyone know the reasoning behind Algoma selling the Valo (American Valor) to Rand Logistics? This seems to be contrary to their usual business practices.
