VHF Headsets

Could you share one of the ones you saw? So far, all the ones I have found either are not compatible with handheld Marine VHFs, determining which models of any radio they would be compatible with is difficult, or they do not have hearing protection.

Does anyone know where to buy headsets for VHFs with hearing protection (preferably from a Canadian supplier to avoid customs delays)? I know such a thing exists as I remember tunnelman being equipped with them, but I having trouble finding a supplier.
