Too many difficult turns to make on the Cuyahoga with a single screw tug and a barge with no bow thruster.

Why does the Barbara Andrie need a G-tug when operating in the Cuyahoga River? They navigate the Black Rock Canal & Tonawanda Channel with no extra tugs here in Buffalo.
