Did the shipyard have RR service when it was originally built by Litton?

While looking at pictures of Edgar B. Speer docked in Erie, one can see next to it, the new barge starting to emerge out of the construction building into the drydock area. The barge is to be 740 ft. long. Its depth looks quite substantial. The recently installed R.R. siding into the building looks like its finally finished also. Curious as to what size steel plate will be railroaded in.

Ken Booth Sr. and Barge Completion

Ken Booth Sr. supposedly will be completed in about 2 months as work progress on it. It was constructed as a sistership to Joyce L. Vanenkevort, but some differences are visible upon close inspection. It will remain in Erie until its companion barge is finished (Spring 2012). Information courtesy Erieshipnews.
