Janice C. No. 1 is used for diving projects, and is involved with cleaning cooling water intakes of zebra mussels at Ontario Hydro power plants. She is a former Lake Erie fish tug.

I spotted a vessel when I was visiting Oshawa Harbor (to tour HMCS Fredericton). I spotted the vessel Janice C. No. 1. I did a search on it in the Canadian Vessel Registry. All it could tell me was that it is a "special Purpose" vessel. Does anyone know what type of vessel it is?
