This tug in question, "Nickelena" was stopped at Quebec City, since Thursday, due to depart today at 1100hrs, mechanical problems? or the weather, it has been very windy in the Quebec City area the last couple of days.

In the October 14 Gallery, there is a tug/barge at Morrisburg in the Seaway. Is this the Nickelena of Basic Towing with a new upper pilothouse? Without that feature, It looks more like the Nickelena than any other tug I could find.
