St. Mary's Challenger

I am 90% sure the arrangement is thus: the Challenger is managed and operated by Port City Steamship of Muskegon, Michigan while being formally owned (and carrying cargo for) St. Marys Cement. She has changed operators a couple of times while under the name St. Marys Challenger - Hannah Marine, then Central Marine Logistics, and now Port City.

Who owns the Challenger? On the fleet photo page it says Port City Steamship but I can't find anything about them. The St. Mary's cement company page has a picture of the Challenger but that is it. Where can i find more info about the company and the ship? Thanks
