C.T.C. No. 1

At some point in 2019 or 2020 I recall some politician saying that the C.T.C. No. 1 was getting evicted and headed to scrap. They seemed to be celebrating the vessel being forced to leave. I am sure someone has a better recollection of this than myself however, whatever came of this? To my knowledge she hasn’t left.
