Yes the Barker has carried some salt and in fact made a trip to Duluth in early September to unload there.

Brought a load of salt into the Fox River Dock in Green Bay on August 15 from Cleveland. Dorthy Ann/Pathfinder has brought most of those.

Has the Mark W. Barker been used in moving salt yet? It was widely reported to have been built for a new salt contract, does anyone know what fleet had this contract before or is it an expansion in the salt trade?
