She has departed Prescott anchorage to continue her trip down bound.

Raised anchor, heading for the Prescott anchorage. Assuming she must be inspected, before continuing her down bound voyage.

Down bound past Cardinal, experienced engine failure, dropped the hook and is anchored just west of Toussaint Island above Iroquois Lock. Navigation proceeding slowly past her.
