Charlotte west pier resurfacing, railing repairs, again:

It's a little too early for construction work on the new marina, but they have been doing site survey/planning work:

What is going on at the ferry terminal in Rochester? For months I have seen all the equipment, but can't figure out what they are building/tearing apart.
