The Morrell passed the Fitzgerald downbound the day of the Fitzgerald launching.

I have seen a photo from either April 1970 or April 1971 that shows the Edmund Fitzgerald downbound in an an ice filled Poe Lock, and behind her in the background is the Arthur B. Homer. I believe the photo was taken by the US Army Corps of Engineers.

A long time ago, I was shown a photograph that shows the Daniel J Morrell and the Fitzgerald in the Soo locks in the what appears to be the very early 60s. Has anyone else seen this photograph or known where it was published.

Also are there any of the Fitzgerald and Homer together at some point?
