ASC Footers at Head of the Lakes

I notice that a couple of footers have been lingering longer than usual in Superior and Two Harbors. The Century looks like it's still at the coal dock since at least yesterday morning and it looks like she's loaded and just sitting around. And then the Integrity was hanging around Two Harbors so long that another ship (I think the Great Republic) was waiting at anchor to load and then just took off back to Duluth. Anyone know what the story is, they having crewing shortages again?
