Deep on the outboard side...used to jig for Lakers and it was at least 70ft. Along the cells it is all of 26ft at LWD, IIRC.

How deep is the water at the loading dock that you can see clearly to the bottom?

Meldrum Bay dock was one of, if not THE cleanest waters facilities we ever loaded out of. Amazed at at looking down alone side the vessel and seeing the bottom, and rocks too.

American Century to Meldrum Bay

Heads up all boatnerds. The ASC 1,000 footer American Century is expected to arrive in Meldrum Bay, Ontario on June 20 to load stone! This will be an historic visit for them as it is the first time ever that they have visited much less ever loaded in Meldrum Bay then! Last year in 2022, the American Integrity also visited Meldrum Bay once only and loaded stone there in what was their first ever visit there then! I don’t know if any new records for limestone were set on that load or not? When the American Century loads there, it will be interesting to see IF in fact she could break and set a new limestone record or not?
