Could you provide more information regarding the book "In The Yard" by Patrick Lapinski? Was unsuccessful in my Internet search trying to learn more about it / find a copy. Thanks.

According to the book, "In The Yard" by Patrick Lapinski, the Peavey Pioneer was laid-up at Fraser Shipyard over the Winter of 1966/67. So the vessel in the background would be George A. Sloan undergoing her self-unloader conversion.

Possibly the George A. Sloan during its conversion to a self-unloader in 1967?

In todays History section there’s an image of the laid up Peavey Pioneer in 67, the image shows a new tubular unloading boom in the right hand part of the pic. Not sure where this lay-up dock location is or more importantly what vessel belongs to that modern unloading boom?
