Was wondering the same thing as they loaded in Duluth and are on there way to Indiana harbor. Now they have crossed Lake Superior to the north side. Must be high winds or bad weather as I see the joe block is now anchored where the Clarke was and they are on there way to Marquette

Anybody know why the Clarke is anchored out by Sand Island? Seems like an odd place, since there's nothing around there.
