They applied for (and apparently received) a short-term coastal trading license for the vessel. I don't think that requires a Canadian crew. License applies from "on or about" September 1 through "on or about" October 31, 2023.

Algoluna name not found at Canada Transport website. Marine Traffic has her still under the flag of Malta and named Birgit Knutsen but owned by Algoma. She is currently bound for Nanticoke.
