freighter trip raffle

i see the GALES OF NOVEMBER organiztion in duluth are offering a freighter trip raffle. 1st freighter trip raffle in a number of years, but NO credit card sales as per minnesota state laws. i use to always buy tickets from the rotary club of st. clair held in conjunction with whistles on the water which no longer exists
