JRB has resumed her upbound trip. PRT is heading in to Thunder Bay at a slow speed.

It appears that the upbound James R. Barker is standing by the downbound Paul R. Tregurtha just north of Alpena. The Tregurtha had anchored off DeTour yesterday before proceeding down early this morning.
