"Rescuers save two after construction barge capsizes off the coast of Rocky River" https://www.cleveland.com/news/2025/07/ ... river.html
Friend viewed recovery activities today from offshore and he stated that the small vessel towing (?) the barge sank too. Barge had a construction sized
bucket arm probably used to place stone for break walls (Guess). USCG reports an oil sheen and a few fuel barrels went into the water.
Not sure why this happened as the weather and sea state seemed fine.
