soo locks

I was at the soo lock the other day and it must have been shift change at the build site because their were lots of workers coming through the gate and getting on a bus and walking to their cars. Question is does anyone know how meny workers are working on the new lock project? Or what the number of companys that are there ? It was a very nice time to visit,very few people around
