She's back out there again. Destination says cleveland shuttles, but just sitting there. American courage is loading for a shuttle run.

Their AIS for the moment is showing Cleveland with an ETA on the 24th then. I’m wondering if for some reason they could just be waiting for a clear and an open dock at Cleveland? The American Courage is there now and they’ve been doing the shuttle runs for the past few days now.

Anyone know why the Sam Laud has been sitting east of Point Pelee for what seems like all week?
