She's being towed back pending a new reduction gear being manufactured. In the spring she will go back to Bay for installation. She won't be moving this winter.

Other than the fact that you can't hid towing a 225 foot ship, we'll probably never know. For operational security reasons the Coast Guard will never say. Anything you hear would pretty much be a rumor at best.
