James Norris stopped?

i was on her in the 80s as a wheelsman strong winds coming out of the nw makes it hard to dock in Clarkston you take quite a beating at that dock in high winds not sure if thats the reason to go to anchor Vince Buffalo NY

Anyone know whats up with the James Norris? She is at anchor off Toronto in Humber Bay. She's loaded as if enroute to her normal stone drop at Clarkson; just another hour or so West. Looks dead ( no signs of steam or other exhaust). We had a pretty strong blow here late Tues. and its pretty strong NW today; but I don't think its strong enough for them to run to anchor. Saw her first thing Wed. a.m. on way into T.O. then again on way out around noon.
