Water Levels in the Thousand Islands

With yesterdays [Sat] big blow the level here came up about a foot.Does anybody downriver know if the Seaway authority has gates open in the control dams or are they all closed? Just wondering if we can expect the river to come up to seasonal levels any time soon.
