15:15 American Spirit is underway, A USCG Bay Class Tug is working the area .
13:30 the American Spirit is stuck going upbound at X-32 in Lake St. Clair. She has tried to back and ram. The CCG Griffon and the
USCG Neah Bay are with in 35 miles.
