The view on the River Cam today is beautiful. The blue-green waters of the river, the white snow and the bright sunshine, all combine to make for a lovely sight. There is no place else like that area in the world, the thrill of watching a boat upbound or downbound, using the currents to turn, and when a kid the occasional salute as we waved from the shore, makes me wish (on occasion) I lived back there.
Thankfully we have Boat Nerd to fulfill our 'need' for boats! Thanks for all you put into this site, it is something special.
