An AB on the Mississagi was airlifted from the vessel after it had departed Toledo. He passed away enroute to hospital.

About a week ago I learned that a sailor (pretty sure it was the on the GL's) had suffered a severe allergic reaction on a boat and been taken to a hospital in Ohio where he passed away. He might have been employed by LLT or GRN. Has anybody else heard of this ? TIA
