algomas new builds and former uls ships

Will the new algoma vessels being built have self unloading booms? With the algoway and algorail about to sail there final seasons will the new algoma vessels be able to travel up the saginaw river and some of the smaller rivers? Has any changes taken place to any of the former uls vessels like repainting the stacks? Any idea what they will name the former uls vessles and one final question is the james norris done and if so who would take over her regular run she makes on lake ontario?
