That's definitely the BBC Rio Grande. "Briese Schiffahrts" is the name of the shipping company that operates a lot of the "BBC ___" vessels; it's not an individual ship's name.

The colors and markings are a BBC boat.

the 6/18 vessel passage page from the Straits indicated two salties enroute to Menominee and very close together, both with wind turbine parts. The BBC Rio Grande and Briese Schiffahrts.

This photo was taken at Rock Island State Park Wisconsin the morning of June 18th around 10:00 am while my son and I were waiting for the ferry back to Washington Island. The ship was just off Washington Island headed North / Northwest so it seems. The cargo appears to be wind turbine parts. Any ideas?
