With the "two recent groundings of the Algobay, would Algoma
take into consideration possibly re-activating some of their
laid-up vessels?" Granted I know that most of them are older than
the Algobay and need lots of work done but, with all the trouble
the Algobay is having to me at least; it would make some sense.
Also, would Upper Lakes maybe re-activate some of their vessels
that are laid-up to help out with cargoes moved by the Algobay?
Algobay grounding
Algobay grounding
This is the second grounding for this vessel this year. What was the cause of the first one in April? Any word of the cause of the second incident? Obviously it is out of the channel. What are the chances of punishment toward the officers due to the frequency of incidents?
