The rumor I had heard during Engineer's Day was that the proper paperwork did not get filed and the crew had to wait for some sort of approval before they could unload. The same source also thought the cargo included either airplane parts or windmill/turbine parts. Not sure how reliable the source is.
However, it appeared some of the cranes had been moving on Sunday.

The Orsula has been there since Thursday and is unloading both bulk and bagged cargo of some sort. Not sure what the cargo was. One of the cranes was using a clam shovel and the other had a rack with 8 or 10 hooks on it they were attaching the bags to. Long slow process.

That would be the salty Orsula at Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and
I don't know what she's doing there? Duluth Shipping News has
her due into Duluth to load a cargo of grain in the next few days.
