In typical U.S. Government fashion they will study it to death, make a choice (typical wrong), and be too late to make a difference.
Discovery Channel had a great 1 hour show on Asian Carp the other night. The carp are very rare and a popular delicacy in China. Exporters anyone? Same reason they brought them here. The carp in China are also very docile, no jumping. The host and production folks grilled some up. Said they were very tasty. If Americans could get past the idea that they were carp and tasted bad we could eat them to extinction. Bon appétit.
They need to close the locks and fix the problem before it's to late. The carp have a real good chance of killing everything. Where are the ECO Warriors when you need them?
