To bad demand for cement never went up, if only all the promised infrastructure projects actually happened, mabe there would have been a need for storage space.

She'll most likely end up scrapped. With steel prices on rise it shouldnt be too much longer

Will she resume her storage/transfer role or is she slated for scrapping?
