Re: Marine Museum of the Great Lakes Sold
After reading the current article about this, there is no mention of the museum ship CCGS Alexander Henry. The developer wants to leave the drydock dry. Did the museum lose their ship?

Hi All!
I have been to this museum and stayed overnight on the Alexander Henry when it was a B&B For anyone who wants to see this museum Go now!! It is well worth the trip and for our American friends the exchange rate is in your favor. The museum will soon start to be dismantled as exibit doners retrieve their items. Make it an early spring trip. Wally

Hope it is permanent though, the temptation to kick the museum out and build over it must be massive.
Amen to that. Operating a maritime museum can be trying. Especially when it floats.
Different developers and investors start talking about "adaptive reuse" more often than you think.

I hope the museum is saved. I want to go there someday.
