The only one I know of is the Bestwestern Bridgewater Inn on Hammond Ave, in Superior, WI. At one time I believe that the pilot house was on Barkers Island as a gift shop.

A few years ago I stayed at a motel in Superior, Wisconsin that had the pilothouse from the Charles Hebard that was being used as a gift shop.
