Her stern cabins are correct for the time period. They were enclosed when she was converted to a self unloader and re-engined. (Forward house lost the guest quarters at the same time). The model stern is inaccurate, but a reasonable attempt at shaping it from a solid piece of wood or whatever.
Again, this is not a builders model. It would have been made to proper planned scale, not be painted to show weathering, and not be made out of crudely shaped wood. "Builders model" was just included in the listing title to draw hits; it was never mentioned in the actual description.
